OWNER OF A LONELY HEART?

First up this week from BBC News – ever heard of the Juliet Club? It’s an international love letter service located at the famous site of Juliet’s tower from the popular Shakespeare play in Verona, Italy. And one former Juliet letter writer has told his story of how he has become a volunteer for the club. Read his remarkable story here.

UTRECHT’S BUS-Y BEES

Some great news on The Positive News Network next. The Dutch city of Utrecht have now transformed their 316 bus stops to provide some green roof space to allow the bee population to prosper. Find out more about this amazing work here.

WHEN IS A BLACK CAB NOT A BLACK CAB?

When it’s a green cab, of course. Finally this week we head over to The Guardian, as a converted Nissan van called the Dynamo has just been launched, making it London’s first 100% green energy black cab in the capital for 120 years. Find out more about the plans for expansion on this fleet here.
