It’s a shame that whilst music channels will only ever seem to play “Too Lost In You”, the single from the second incarnation of their lineup at Christmas 2003 from the soundtrack to Love Actually at this time of year, that people forget the first lineup of Sugababes – Keisha Buchanan, Mutya Buena and Siobhan Donaghy – released this lost gem of a winter warmer some three years previously.

With gentle sleigh bells in the back of this lushly harmonised, cool but wistful number about moving on from a breakup at Christmas the year before, Cameron McVey (Neneh Cherry, All Saints) helped give them an early single that deserves far more recognition on yearly playlists in December than it truly gets.
